Energy Efficiency Programs

Save with our Home Insulation Rebate. If your home was built before 1999, it may not have enough insulation. Adding insulation to your attic, walls, and foundation will improve your home’s comfort and help you cut energy costs. Please click here to learn more about this rebate offer.

For insulation upgrades in the attic and cathedral ceilings, wall cavities, exterior walls and foundation walls, please check out Efficiency Manitoba. Click here to see if you qualify for rebates up to 100% of insulation materials.

Efficiency Manitoba is a new Crown Corporation dedicated to energy efficiency. As a result, our Power Smart brand has officially ended its 30-year run in Manitoba. Efficiency Manitoba now manages energy efficiency rebates and incentive programs and will contact you if you are participating in any of the programs that they have taken over. Manitoba Hydro will continue to run the financing and loan programs with the exception of the Affordable Energy Program, which is now managed by Efficiency Manitoba.

NOTE : Customers currently participating in an existing energy efficiency program will not be impacted - programs will be managed by Efficiency Manitoba moving forward.

For more information visit the Efficiency Manitoba website.

If you have questions about rebates, please feel free to ask our staff .
